The Shilling was steady on Friday, and traders said they expected the currency to hold in a tight range.
Stocks rose slightly, with the benchmark NSE-20 share index falling 0.8 percent to close at 5,156.33. At the 1300 GMT close of trade, commercial banks posted the shilling at 90.15/25 per dollar, barely changed from Thursday’s close of 15/20.
