Sanlam rebrands in new country-centric plan

Kenya: Sanlam Investment Management (SIM), one of SA's biggest investment managers has rebranded to Pan Africa Asset Management. The move to rebrand is driven by Sanlam's emerging markets country-centric strategy that aims to realign its brands in countries it does business in.

Pan Africa Holdings Chairman John Simba said "Sanlam believes in working with local partners, where it compliments local market knowledge and relationships with global technical competencies.

He said it is from this nature of partnership that SIM Kenya was borne and it is the progression of the same partnership Sanlam is celebrating by aligning SIM Kenya better to its market. SIM Kenya, started business in Kenya in February 2007.
