Investment firm Centum to build modern city in Kilifi

Centum Investment plans to build an exclusive city in Kilifi. The new city, to sit on 9,500 acres of Rea Vipingo Holdings land, will cement Centum’s foray into real estate, which includes a stake in Two Rivers Mall on Limuru Road.

The first phase of the project will see Centum put up infrastructure on 900 acres at a cost of Sh794 million. The city will comprise residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational and public facilities.

Centum’s subsidiary, Athena Properties Ltd, a construction firm, will carry out the infrastructure works.
