Labour Party of Kenya (LPK) will on Saturday announce the presidential candidate it will support in the August General Election. Party leader Ababu Namwamba made the announcement while addressing a rally in Magombe, in his Budalang'i constituency.

The former Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Secretary General said LPK was aware which outfit between the National Super Alliance (NASA) and Jubilee Party would win the August 8 polls. He appealed to Budalang'i residents to support the candidate LPK settled on.

He however sent a strong signal that the candidate may not come from NASA by castigating ODM leader Raila Odinga for doing nothing for Budalang'i people when he was Prime Minister in the Grand Coalition government.
