Samboja denies involvement in transfer of administrator

County Spokesman Dennis Onsarigo has absolved Governor Granton Samboja (pictured) from claims that he was involved in the recent deputy County Commissioners' reshuffles.

One of the commissioners, David Kiprop, who recently clashed with the governor for insulting a chief in public was among dozens of administrators transferred in the major reshuffle by Interior CS Fred Matiang’i.

“The transfers are purely administrative and the governor has nothing to do with them. Kiprop is not the only administrator who has been transferred. There are over 80 administrators affected by the reshuffle," Onsarigo said.
