A man who claims to have had an affair with Mombasa Senator Emma Mbura has finally been charged with sending her offensive messages.
Kalinga Mgandi, an activist who claims that the tryst with Ms Mbura had wrecked his marriage, was taken to court on Monday but did not plead to the charges after the senator said that the prosecutor did not capture her complaints against Kalinga accurately.
