Kibaki to attend Kagame's inauguration

President Kibaki is in Rwanda for a two-day official visit to attend the inauguration of President Paul Kagame. Kibaki will also attend a Heads of State and Government Consultative Forum on the Millennium Development Goals.

 The plane carrying the President and his delegation touched down at Kigali International Airport shortly before 1pm. On arrival, Kibaki was received by senior Rwandese Government officials, led by Prime Minister Bernard Makuza and Kenyans in Rwanda, led by Kenyan Ambassador Makena Muchiri.
