"Strength training is essential for muscle building, fat loss and overall strength of the body," Zafa states in the publication.
"HIITS are short, intense bursts of exercises followed by brief rest periods. They maximise fat loss and improves cardiovascular endurance.
"Core workouts strengthen your midsection for better stability, posture and athletic performance," the seasoned fitness professional underlined.
Zafa once coached Kenya's top professional boxers Fatuma Zarika and Rayton Okwiri and he seeks to share his knowledge at the elite level
"When Zarika lost the WBC title because she is the first champion I have trained, I told her that it is not the end of her life. We got another WBF belt and we prepared well and won that belt. And also with Rayton Okwiri, there was a time I was his coach and we won the ABU title," said Zafa.
Other areas highlighted by the nutrition and psychology graduate includes a weekly training plan which are structured workouts meant for consistency and these involve step by step plans to remove guesswork from beginners.
