Azimio leader Raila Odinga has hit out at Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua over what he termed "a well-planned scheme to oppress Kenyans".
Odinga termed Gachagua's sentiments reckless, saying the deputy president was dividing the country and going against the spirit of the Constitution.
