Former electoral agency chairman Wafula Chebukati says the National Security Advisory Council (NSAC) visited Bomas of Kenya with a proposal to moderate results and have Azimio candidate Raila Odinga declared the winner or force a run-off.

Speaking on the second day after the resumption of the tribunal investigating commissioner Irene Masit's suitability to hold office, Chebukati said former Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju and former Busia Senator Amos Wako tried to influence the outcome in favour of Raila.
