Court allows banks to resume charges on mobile cash transfers

High Court in Nairobi on Monday lifted orders barring banks and mobile service providers from effecting money transfer charges.

Justice Mugure Thande said that she would not extend the orders as there was a ruling pending on the same issue before another judge.
