Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya has been installed as the regional patron of the Kenya Primary Schools Head teachers Association (Kepsha). The governor, whose county has been running a Sh400 million annual bursary fund, was honoured during a teachers' conference at the Kabarak University in Nakuru.
Speaking at the ceremony, Kepsha Regional Chairman Fuad Ali said they unanimously agreed to have Mr Mvurya as their patron because of his passion and leadership he had provided in education.
