Pass two thirds gender rule, Ruto urges legislators

Deputy President William Ruto has asked MPs to pass the two thirds gender rule set to be tabled in the National Assembly on Tuesday.

Mr Ruto said the Bill will bring to an end the gender imbalance in management of state affairs.
