Militia attack security officers transporting terror suspect along Kenya-Ethiopia border

Tension is still high along the Kenya-Ethiopia border in Sololo, Marsabit after suspected militiamen attacked security officers who had arrested one of their members.

According to witnesses, the suspect, believed to be a member of the Oromo Liberation Front, had been arrested at a police barrier along the Marsabit-Moyale highway on Wednesday afternoon and was being transported from Sololo to Moyale.
