County Assembly members have begun impeachment proceedings against Deputy Speaker Steve Simba to protest his “ineffective, hands-off" leadership style.
Nominated MCA Edna Muisyo moved a motion to impeach Mr Simba, saying the county assembly had lost confidence in him.
