Laikipia: A 14-year-old boy has been shot dead in Laikipia and a KDF soldier has been arrested in connection to the killing.
In his statement Rift Valley Regional coordinator Wanyama Musiambo said a KDF officer has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 14- year-old boy at Rumuruti town in laikipia. The officer is further said to have shot and injured a standard five pupil.
