SGR workers robbed of valuables worth Sh5 million

Police are investigating a robbery in which four Chinese standard gauge railway workers were robbed of cash and valuables worth more than Sh5 million at their Wu Yi villa in Karen.

The four men alleged that at around 2am on Thursday, a group of five men, one wearing a mask and armed with a shortgun, burst into their house and made away with money and valuables including laptops and wristwatches.

Hong Chun, Peng Yue, Li Zhiqiang, and Mo Kun said they lost four laptops, two wrist watches, and money.
