Slain poll official Chris Msando appeared on a KTN show at around 18.20pm last Friday, hours before he went missing.
Mr Msando was interviewed on KTN News live Show Dira ya Wiki, where he demonstrated how the agency would manage the polls using Kenya Integrated Elections Management System (KIEMS).
