Cristiano Ronaldo denies having said he wants to leave Real Madrid

Cristiano Ronaldo has denied demanding a move away from Real Madrid after being accused of tax evasion.

Reports indicate that Ronaldo was outraged with how Real Madrid handled the situation and that he asked agent Jorge Mendes to seal him a dream move back to Old Trafford.

But following Portugal’s exit from the Confederations Cup, Cristiano Ronaldo met up with Madrid officials to discuss his current situation.

Reporst have now emerged that Ronaldo denied ever wanting to leave the Bernabeu.

The Portuguese star is set to meet with Madrid president Florentino Perez to resolve the situation ahead of pre-season.
