MONDAY BLUES

I wonder why the police in Kenya take too long to respond when incidences like accidents occur or when there is a robbery. Take an example of today morning at around 7:30 am people woke up to the worst surprise of their lives since there were no "matatus" at the Kitengela stage, reason? The "matatus" were stuck in traffic.

I could hear people say that there was an accident that had occurred next to EPZ hence the traffic. The accident was believed to have occurred early in the morning around 5am and it took 1 hour for the police to arrive and solve the problem. The thought of getting late to work caused people to panic and thus they looked for various means to get where they were going. School buses, Lorries and saloon cars all had no obligation but to be patient in the worst traffic that has ever occurred in Kitengela.
