Moyale, Kenya: A prison officer was shot dead by a colleague in Moyale. The motive of the murder has not been established but police said investigation has been launched. The two officers were guarding Moyale GK Prison on Thursday night before the incident happened.
Moyale OCPD Benjamin Mwanzia said Stephen Mutisya was shot five times nad was pronounced dead on arrival at Moyale District Hospital. The suspect, Edward Nyarunda, is in police custody and is being interrogated for the murder.
