County government finally ends budget stalemate

The county government and MCAs have finally reached an agreement on the stalled 2016-17 budget.

Finance Executive Charles Githinji said after three weeks of negotiations, the county assembly and the executive had reached a compromise and would soon have a reviewed budget.
