Taxi firm attains first ISO in the industry

Nairobi, Kenya: Corporate Car Hire and Taxi Company Express Impress has received ISO certification making it the first Taxi Company in Country to be awarded.

The certification highlights the quality management standards that have become critical to customers today who are increasingly utilizing the services of care hire and taxi companies for convenience in a rapidly growing economy.

Furthermore it is set to promote efficiency, safety and professionalism so as to offer continued quality service to customers across the country.

This is critical for the company’s niche Corporate clientele which is now able to benchmark globally with the world’s leading cab companies in the industry.

The move comes in the wake of a bust in growth in the sector with the improving economy attracting new players both local and International into the market.

Managing Director Express Impress, Thomas Mutie said that “The awarding marks a major milestone in the car hire and taxi industry adding that quality and safety is key for the business and is the reason Express Impress has gone the extra mile to train drivers on defensive driving, first aid, fire-fighting and customer care skills.”

He added that the company hopes to ultimately offer its quality car hire and taxi solutions to customers not only in the country but the region as well as making it easy for those who have projects in those countries to access the services as well.

In terms of technology the Company invested in an automated dispatch system that allows our clients to book for taxis using mobile app, website or calling our call centre.

Thomas added that this has greatly improved efficiency of vehicle dispatch and allowed clients to be able to independently monitor the vehicle up and till it arrives at the pickup location.
