Kenya: A former judge at the East African Court of Justice, Justice (rtd) Jackson Kasanga Mulwa, died at the Nairobi Hospital yesterday.
Mr Mulwa, who is also a former Makueni MP (1969-1983), had been in hospital since January when he suffered a stroke.
