Water and Irrigation PS Fred Segor has said the proposed Water Act is pending final review in Parliament.
Speaking in Kisumu during an annual stakeholders meeting, Segor said: “We are hopeful that in the next three months the legislators would have cleared with key amends to allow President Uhuru Kenyatta assent to it into law”.
