Meet Cynthia Muge- 24-year-old girl who defeat a powerful Jubilee candidate on an independent ticket

Cynthia Jepkosgei Muge has become the talk of the town after flooring a powerful Jubilee candidate to clinch the Kilibwoni Ward MCA seat. Cynthia who is a student at the University of Nairobi explains how she missed out on the Jubilee nomination because she could not afford the cost of party nomination. She however managed to win on an independent ticket defeating Jubilee's Emmanuel Kipchumba.

"I took a chance as an Independent candidate and won after a difficult penniless campaign," said Cynthia.
