Kenyans' cry of pain: Mixed reactions over latest fuel price hike

Uproar greeted the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) decision to increase fuel prices, with public service vehicles yesterday announcing a 20 per cent increase in fares.

In its latest review, EPRA increased fuel prices with petroleum going up by Sh16.96 per litre, diesel by Sh21.32 per litre and kerosene Sh33.13 per litre to sell at Sh211.64, Sh201 and Sh202.13 respectively in Nairobi.
