Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been released on a 10 million shillings cash bail in a case where he is accused of shooting Felix Orinda alias DJ Evolve at a city club on January 17. The cash bail will be used to settle Orinda’s hospital bill and will be paid in three installments, the first being ksh2.5 million. Babu has also been barred from taking alcoholic drink or narcotic drug in a public for the period the case will be on going
