A civil society organization in Kwale has threatened to stage weekly demonstrations in the county to compel the state, to produce or help produce a number of people who have gone missing allegedly at the hands of people believed to be state actors. The kwale network against extrajudicial killings now claims that dozens of people have either been abducted or killed by police officers.
