The court of appeal has upheld the high court's decision to have charged governors barred from accessing their offices until the conclusion of their cases. The appellate court affirmed an earlier ruling made by justice Mumbi Ngugi in July this year preventing Samburu governor Moses Lenolkulal from accessing his office over a county graft case.
