Education cabinet secretary Prof. George Magoha yesterday recognized candidates who scored below 300  marks in the 2015 KCPE exams but went on to score above C+ 

four years later. Samson Gachie Muchai was one of them. He  scored 277 in KCPE but yesterday he shocked many when he  scored an A?.
