What would otherwise have been a security issue has turned into a verbal crossfire. National Assembly and Senate Majority Leaders have dismissed as fictitious claims of threats on the life of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua. Mutua earlier in the day recorded a statement accusing Deputy President William Ruto, Aden Duale and Kipchumba Murkomen of threatening him with unspecified consequences.
