West Pokot Governor Prof John Lonyangapuo has defended his move not to pay pending bills and castigated the treasury cabinet secretary Ukur Yatani for  allegedly releasing the wrong report. the county boss claimed that many projects that were undertaken by the former regime was marred by inflation of figures and were not completed speaking on Thursday during   Jamuhuri day celebrations in Makutano stadium Lonyangapuo said most of the projects had audit queries and now wants the cs to apologize for the said misleading report.
