The kenya association of manufacturers has launched the kenya plastic action plan. The plan is aimed at creating a circular economy where plastic waste will be recycled to make new products, this will greatly reduce the rate of environmental pollution and degradation. According to the association’s chief executive officer Phylis Wakiaga, the move will lower the price of plastic products by reducing the cost of production.
