The High Court has temporarily suspended the increment in parking fees in Nairobi’s Central Business District pending the hearing and determination of a case filed by the Consumer Federation of Kenya (COFEK). Earlier, the Federation of Public Transport Operators had vowed not to pay the newly introduced parking fee that was expected to be effective from today.
