Mobile phone company OPPO is betting big on growing smartphone penetration in the Kenyan market. The phone Company is notes that demand for mobile phones is on the rise mainly fueled by cheaper products in the market and growing consumer tastes. In Kenya consumers buy over 100,000 smartphones annually. Demand for smartphones is pushing phone makers to develop cost well prices products to capture the fast growing urban population. According to OPPO head of PR and marketing Muthoni Wachira, their newest phone OPPO RENO 2F will offer a revitalized customer experience which is heavily anchored on innovation.
