Nandi senator Samson Cherargei released on sh.300,000 cash bail over incitement to violence

Nandi senetor Samson Cherargei has been released on a three hundred thousand cash bail by a Mililani law court over charges of incitement to violence. According to court papers, senetor Charargey made the incitement to violence remarks on various dates in the month of August this year. The senetor denied the charges and the court ordered his release on condition that he provides two contact persons and make a deposit of three hundred thousand Kenyan shillings by noon tomorrow.
