Kenya Has The Highest Internet Penetration Rate On The Continent Which Stands At 86%. Mrs. Wanjau Was Speaking In Embu County While Touring An ICT Hub Set Up By   Local Youths A Platform To Ease Access To Online Services And Promote E?Commerce. The County Currently Has A Population Coverage Of 99.8% And 88.2% On 2g And 3g Mobile Connectivity.
