BBI Report: Ruto and Raila allies clash on referendum

But While Speaking To Our Senior Political Affairs Reporter Chris Thairu, The Vice Chairman Of The Bbi Task Force Prof. Adams Oloo Said That The Document Envisaged Another Validation Stage By Kenyans Who Would Have A Final Say. Oloo Says The Report Also Touched On Some Clauses In Article 257 In Our Constitution That Requires A Refrendum Incase Of Any Amendments.
