Dr. Margaret Nyang’ate Nyakang’o the nominee for the position of controller of budget appeared before national assembly committee on finance and national planning  this morning for vetting.  Last week president uhuru kenyatta nominated nyakang’o to the position of the controller of budgets. Should parliament approve her, she will replace Agnes Odhiambo, the first holder of the office since the promulgation of the 2010 constitution.
