Most Youth In Narok County Have Been Locked Out Of The Tourism Industry For Lack Of Required Skills Despite Numerous Job Opportunities In The Market. However The Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association Has Moved In To Bridge The Gap By Enrolling Students To Institutions Of Higher Learning Under The Mara Vocational Training Program.According To Eric Reshon The Programs Officer At Maasai Mara Wildlife Conservancies Association, Seven Institutions That Offer Courses In Tourism Have Been Involved In Inculcating Knowledge And Skills That Are Required In The Tourism Sector To Meet The Market Demands.
