Donkey Owners In Nakuru Have Petitioned Their County Assembly To Close Down The Donkey Abattoir In Mogotio. They Claim That Their Donkeys Were Being Stolen And Sold To The Abattoir For Slaughter. They Have Also Called On The National Government To Stop Licensing New Abattoirs Claiming It Will Lead To The Extinction Of Donkeys.
