Civil Society Group propose BBI civic education ahead of potential Constitution change

The National Civil Society Congress, Ncsc, Under The Umbrella Of The Referendum Debate Platform (REDEP), Are Calling Upon The Government To Put In Place A Civic Education Programme Ahead Of A Potential Change In The Constitution, Which Might Take Place After The BBI REPORT Has Been Presented. NCSC Now Says Since The Constitution Was Passed By More Than 67% Of Voters In 2010, Therefore, Any Attempts To Amend It Must Fully Involve Kenyans And Not Just The Political Elite.
