The Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA) Has Raised A Red Flag In The Manner At Which Kenya Airways (KQ) Management Is Allegedly Overlooking Kenyan Workers In Preference To Foreigners In The Pilots` Employment Process. KQ Has Proposed To Employ 40 Expatriates To Serve As Captains On The Boeing 737 A Move That The Kenya Airlines Pilots Association Have Termed As One That Bypasses Suitable Kenyan. The Association Has Attributed Foreign Employment As One Of The Possible Reasons The Airline Has Continuously Been Recording Losses Owing To The High Wage Bill Gobbled Up By Foreign Staff
