The high court will determine a case filed by the Orange Democratic Movement, ODM accusing the independent electoral and boundaries commission of failing to produce the correct Kibra voters register. This follows complaints by some voters claiming their names are not in the register. That case is underway. The people of kibra go to the polls tomorrrow at 6am to elect their next member of parliament. The seat fell vacant following the death of 
area MP Ken Okoth who succumbed to cancer in July this year.
