1.Woman diagnosed with Cancer Kills herself
A 40-yrs-old woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer committed suicide after learning of her condition.
Purity Muthoni hanged herself in her sister's house in Kasarani Estate in Naivasha, after returning from KNH where she had gone for treatment.
''It seems like she had planned for her death. A week ago she told us to take care of her two children since only God knew the pain she was going through.'' Said her sister.
2. Why tribunal cleared Justice Ojwang'
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has been accused of flouting the Constitution and failing to ascertain evidence.
Commissioners never went to the site to verify allegations.
JSC required the judge to appear before commissioners who had shown hostility against him.
There was no evidence to link Justice Ojwang' and Governor Obado.
JSC has no procedures requiring a judge to appear in person.
Commission made its verdict in bad faith.
