Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru is now blaming senior medical officers at Kerugoya hospital for negligence and sabotage that led to the pathetic state at the facility. Waiguru says that the report by the Kenya medical practitioner’s board has recommended disciplinary action against six officers who have been found to be culpable.
