The anti?terrorism police unit has been allowed to hold a driver who ferried two abducted Cuban doctors for 15 days to allow complete their investigations. The application was granted when the suspect Issack Ibrein Robow was arraigned in court today. Meanwhile, the Cuban doctors serving in Garissa and Wajir have been moved to Nairobi.
