A family in Mokwero village? Kisii county, is mourning their kin, Dominic Oyugi, who was shot, allegedly by a police officer, at a bar Thursday night. Witnesses say, Oyugi was shot by the policeman identified as, Joseph Mauti, as the officer attempted to attack a female bar attendant who had rejected him.
