Eldas Member of Parliament, Adan Keynan plans to sponsor a motion in Parliament to remove Energy Cabinet Secretary, Charles Keter. This is over failure to supply electricity to Wajir and its environs. Keynan says Keter has failed to comply with orders by president Uhuru Kenyatta to implement power projects launched in the last 2 years. Keynan told the CS to honor the order or face impeachment.
